Kim is an Associate in the firm’s Property group. She believes that every business, individual and transaction is unique and is committed to working with clients to achieve their specific goals, using her broad experience to make a positive difference.

As a fluent French speaker, Kim was drawn to the opportunities offered by central London, where she has worked as a Property solicitor since 2006.

Her experience spans a range of sectors. Kim has significant expertise in real estate investment and has seen through sales and purchases of diverse properties including offices, retail and industrial premises, private rental properties and development sites. Kim works with both landlords and tenants, supporting them from the grant of the lease until termination, providing strategic advice and drafting and negotiating all the necessary agreements, licences and leases. She also frequently works with clients financing and refinancing properties, often involving tight timescales.

Over the years Kim has found clients to be highly creative in the structuring of their Property deals which has in turn allowed Kim to exercise her own creativity, frequently drafting complex, bespoke documentation and finding practical solutions allowing transactions to progress.
