Simkins LLP Partner Appointments

Simkins LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of two partners with effect from today, 1 May 2018.

Eleanor Steyn is promoted to Partner in our Disputes group. Eleanor specialises in complex media/entertainment, reputation protection and commercial disputes and has developed a practice that encompasses copyright, performers’ rights, passing off/false endorsement, defamation, privacy and harassment. Having trained and qualified in the City, she spent part of her early career at Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, and has extensive experience of Ofcom’s sanctions process, as well as its procedures for handling complaints about programmes.

Simon Graham joins us as a Partner in our Property group.  Simon has spent the last ten years at Latham & Watkins where he developed his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales and purchases of property portfolios; high value investment and commercial premises, office, retail and mixed use developments; leasing (acting for landlord and tenant); corporate acquisitions and disposals involving a significant real estate element.
