Simkins comes second in 5RB Media Quiz 2023

Gideon Benaim, Jon Oakley, Jessica Welch, Hugo Mason and Ben Gershinson teamed up with Gemma McNeil-Walsh of 5RB to finish in a respectable (and, quite frankly, surprising) second place in the annual 5RB Media Quiz.

It all came down to a nail-biting Pot Luck round, where the team almost crashed out of the competition for giving an apparent wrong answer that Jupiter has the most moons of any planet, rather than Saturn. Like Jupiter, however, the team quickly reclaimed their position, as a result of the news of the recent discovery of the planet’s 12 new moons. This discovery put Jupiter back at the top, and it secured the team’s position on the leader board.
