Simkins come second in 5RB Media Quiz

Ed Baden-Powell, Jon Oakley, Eleanor Steyn, Tom Iverson and Jessica Welch of Simkins teamed up with Justin Rushbrooke QC of 5RB to finish in a creditable second place in the 10th annual 5RB Media Quiz.

The team’s broad spread of otherwise useless knowledge extended to ornamental onion plants and romance novels. The team will, however, need to improve their knowledge of obscure mid-1980s pop music for next year’s quiz.

Desmond Brown QC and Matthew Nicklin QC co-hosted the quiz which raises money for Bar Pro Bono Unit and FRU.
