Michael Simkins LLP Partner Promotions 2015

Michael Simkins LLP has today announced the promotion of two lawyers to its partnership.

Giao Pacey is a member of our Corporate group. She joined the firm in January 2012 and has proved herself to be an able and versatile lawyer, dealing with matters as diverse as property joint ventures, EIS funding arrangements, AIM and other public company work, as well as the usual run of day-to-day private company mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance.

Jon Oakley is a member of our Disputes group with a specific focus on reputation protection. He joined the firm a year and half ago and has been instrumental in assisting Gideon Benaim in building our thriving reputation protection practice.
