Michael Simkins LLP advises Captify on its first round of investment

Media-law specialists, Michael Simkins LLP, advised technology start-up, Captify Media Limited, on its first round of investment from private equity firm Panoramic Growth Equity.

Captify, a specialist in online search retargeting, received £1.2 million in return for a minority stake. The funds will be used to facilitate expansion overseas.

The Simkins team was led by Ed Baden-Powell, with assistance from Ed Weidman.
