Legal 500 and Chambers UK list Simkins as leaders in their fields

Simkins has again been recognised as one of the leading firms in a number of sectors in the recently released Legal 500 and Chambers UK legal directories.

Legal 500 continues to rank Simkins LLP in band 1 in the Media & Entertainment sector, praising the group for the “very good, personal service. Good availability. Very knowledgeable in their fields” and pointing out that “‘besides the team’s approachability which is greatly appreciated, they have always demonstrated an outstanding capacity to understand our concrete needs and to deliver very high-quality and totally business-oriented work.” Euan Lawson, Paddy Gardiner and Ed Baden-Powell were all listed as Leading Individuals, and Tom Iverson and Ed Weidman as Next Generation Partners.

Legal 500 also named Simkins LLP as a leading firm in respect of Intellectual Property work, singling out Jim Dennis as “‘proactive, strategic and quick to respond to queries.”

Simkins’ Reputation group continues to be listed amongst the leading firms in Reputation Management in Legal 500, with Group Head Gideon Benaim and partner Tom Iverson singled out as Leading Individuals and associate Jess Welch as a Rising Star.

Chambers UK continues to rank Simkins LLP as a leading firm in the Film & Television, Publishing and Music sectors. One client regards the firm as “outstanding,” explaining that “their attention to detail is incredible, they’re incredible negotiators and are very pragmatic and realistic.” Paddy Grafton Green, Euan Lawson, Ed Baden-Powell, Jonathan Blair, James Harman, Paddy Gardiner and Tom Iverson were all listed as Ranked Individuals in their respective fields.
