Sophie is an Associate in our Commercial team, having joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2022.
Sophie advises production companies, individual rightsholders and financiers on the development, financing, production and exploitation of films and television programmes.
Prior to her career in law, Sophie worked at agency Casarotto Ramsay & Associates assisting with the representation of screenwriters and film/television directors. Sophie is also a member of Women in Film and Television.
They take a sensible pragmatic approach to a contentious situation. Their legal analysis of the issue is good and they provide a number of options to me as the client as to how to move forward.
